Digital Media Guided Tour

Using the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Digital Media Center is easy! If you need help, here's a quick guided tour created by OverDrive, one of the companies that provides downloadable service for us and many other libraries. The guide walks you through the basics, from getting started to downloading to burning to a CD. In just a few minutes, even the newest user can be enjoying a downloaded book.

As the guide is not library specific, there are a few things in it which do not apply to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh collection:

You may have a maximum of 10 titles checked out from the Digital Library.
Downloaded titles are checked out for 21 days and are automatically returned to the library.
Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh does not currently offer music downloads (we may offer this in the future).
